Ted Ritter is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Virginia Union University in Richmond, Virginia.  A former prosecutor, Ted is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a J.D. and a PhD in Political Science.  He now lives in St. Paul, Minnesota.
